We are thrilled to be new owners at Legend of Legacy, by Aldebaran Homes. We happened on this development by chance and visited 5 times before we decided to move forward. Why did we visit so often? We are first-time buyers, and we had plenty of nerves – but what really kept Legend of Legacy on our mind was the team who represents the project. Our relationship started with Kristina Hoover, and I would venture to say she is major contributing factor to our decision to purchase. Aldebaran and their team make the process simple, and streamlined. There is always somebody there to answer your questions, or just talk to and calm your nerves. The quality of finishes and thoughtful design of these homes was another reason we chose Aldebaran – the quality isn’t something we had seen from many of the other multi-family builders in Legacy or other areas we considered. This project is located conveniently to Deerfoot South, McLeod Trail and Stoney Trail/Spruce Meadows Trail. Working at the Airport, but wanting a home in the South of Calgary, makes these considerations important. The location has more to offer than just ease of access, this project is nestled at the south end of Legacy Blvd, with access to a green space/sports field across the street, and walking trail access just around the corner, plus the views make this development desirable.

Had we not come across Aldebaran Homes, I can promise we would still be renting as it was the first and only multi-family new build we had seen that ticked all of our boxes so to speak (and I mean ALL of our boxes). The Aldebaran team, is accommodating, friendly and casual – no high pressure sales tactics. Jason and Kristina all are like friendly neighbours we look forward to seeing, after a long day at the office or on a Saturday afternoon. People always say that you will “just know” when you find the right house. Buying with Aldebaran we found more than a house, we found a home and a community to start our family, and we couldn’t be happier.

I have built with other builders in the past and Aldebaran has far exceeded the other experiences. Really happy with Kristina, Mark and Jason they have been a pleasure to work with, really accommodating.

I recently moved into my new home in the Legend of Legacy development from Aldebaran homes. I have purchased many homes and have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. I was going through a difficult time with a divorce and Kristina was understanding and supportive throughout this process. She was able to easily answer my questions and had several quick possession options available and also some build options that could fit within my timelines. I had to put in a conditional offer, which most builders won’t accept, and the consistent follow up from Aldebaran was great. The possession process in January and February were easy and the Project Manager (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. In fact I had taken off a cupboard door to rearrange a shelf and couldn’t figure out how to get the door back on and Mark came over to show me. I would highly recommend buying from Aldebaran as the customer service and process facilitation was exceptional.
