I purchased my townhome from Aldebaran Homes in early 2017. From start to finish my experience with this builder was nothing short of awesome.
My first contact was Cindy who welcomed me into the showhome and we immediately became friends! She answered all my questions, was professional and polite and courteous. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to welcome me and make me feel like I was already part of the Aldebaran family!! My next experience was with Kristina, who finalized the deal and worked with me on al the details. She was amazing right away. So friendly, welcoming and even continues to help me or guide me through this “new build” process. I don’t think I could do it without her! Throughout the whole process everyone was incredibly informative and friendly. I was walked through my beautiful new townhouse and was guided through all the components of home ownership. For a single female, that meant the world!!! I can now even wash my own humidifier!!! Ryan and Mark who took me through my walk-throughs, were so awesome. Even then I felt like I was with great people who actually cared about making sure I was happy and well informed through the process. I was always “in the know” about what was going on and the progress with my house. Everything was organized and professional. Everyone was so awesome! I would highly highly recommend Aldebaran homes and the “family” that comes with it when you choose them as your builder 🙂
